Lauren Tibbals and Ryan McClain's first date was a dog walk around Washington Park in Denver, Colorado. Lauren knew that Ryan was the one for her after winning the affections of her beloved, but sometimes cantankerous Greyhound dog, Grace. Six years later, Lauren Tibbals became Lauren McClain at a romantic wedding ceremony at her family's longtime chapel, Bethany Lutheran Church. On a late February day in Denver, the weather is a toss up, but, Mother Nature gifted the couple with an unseasonably warm weather allowing for stunning photos around the city. Following the ceremony, guests were treated to a 180 degree ambiance change from the formal ceremony to a cocktail and tapas style party-reception at Tamayo Restaurant on Larimar Square in Downtown Denver. Margaritas flowed throughout the night as the couple mingled with friends and family and dined on the Spanish fare. A packed dance floor and a club style light show courtesy of the attention drawing DJ Ripm kept the party going till the last tequila shot. Bright blooms and style-worthy succulent bouquets and reception decor by Bella Lu Floral provided a whimsical yet elegant depth to the day. As the sun sank over the skyline of Denver, the couple walked off amidst the market lights of Larimar square and into their new future together.
